The AI Assistant can now reply to clients with voice messages instead of (or in addition to) text. When enabled, the AI sends its response as a native Trainerize voice message that clients can listen to directly in their chat.
This feature is available exclusively on the Business AI plan.
How to Enable Voice Replies
Go to AI Assistant → Settings
Find the Voice Replies section
Toggle Voice Replies to ON
Choose a Voice
You can select from multiple voice options to match your brand's personality:
In the Voice Replies section, browse the available voices
Click the play button next to any voice to hear a preview
Select the voice you want the AI to use
The selected voice is saved automatically and applies to all future AI voice replies.
How It Works
When voice replies are enabled:
The AI Assistant generates its response as a native voice message in Trainerize
Clients hear the reply as an audio message with a waveform player — just like any other voice message in Trainerize
The AI's conversational tone and coaching style carry through naturally in voice
Important Notes
Voice replies are Business AI plan only — the toggle will not appear on other plans
Voice replies are off by default — each business must explicitly enable them
The voice setting applies to all clients across your business
Clients do not need to do anything different — voice messages appear automatically in their chat
