What is AI Draft?

AI Draft is your intelligent writing assistant inside Trainerize. Instead of manually typing every message, AI analyzes the conversation and generates a ready-to-edit draft in your coaching style.

You will find AI Draft at Trainerize Message named as "AI Draft" within the message composer:


🚀 How AI Draft Works

Step 1 — AI Reads the Conversation

When you click AI Draft, FitMetrics analyzes:

  • Your entire message history with the client

  • Your writing style

  • The client’s recent questions and updates

  • Their progress (workouts, weight, nutrition, habits)

  • The overall conversation context

Step 2 — AI Writes a Personalized Draft

The AI produces a response that:

  • Matches your tone and style

  • References relevant details

  • Addresses the client’s last message clearly

  • Uses appropriate message length

  • Incorporates client data when needed

Step 3 — You Review & Edit

You can:

  • Edit any part of the draft

  • Make it shorter or longer

  • Add personality or specifics

  • Or send it immediately, as-is

Step 4 — Message Sends From Your Trainerize Account

Clients see the message as coming directly from you—not AI.

Supportive and empathetic tone.

Use when:

  • Reports setbacks

  • Expresses frustration or discouragement

Example:

Tough weeks happen — you're not alone. Missing a few workouts doesn’t erase your progress. Let’s focus on one simple win we can target this week.

4. ✨ Custom Response

You tell the AI exactly what to write.

How it works:

  1. Click Custom

  2. Type an instruction
    Example: “Ask how their nutrition was this week.”

  3. AI generates a tailored message

Example Output:

Every AI draft is fully editable before sending. You can:
