When a client sends a voice message in Trainerize, you can use AI Transcribe to convert it to text instantly — so you can read it instead of listening.
Available on Starter and Business packages.
How to Transcribe a Voice Message
Open a client conversation in Trainerize Messages
Find a voice message from the client (shows as an audio waveform player)
Click AI Transcribe (below the waveform)
Wait a few seconds — the transcript appears in a purple panel below the audio
After Transcription
Show/Hide — toggle the transcript visibility
Regenerate — if the transcript isn't accurate, click Regenerate to try again
Saved automatically — the transcript is saved to the message, so it persists across page refreshes. You only need to transcribe once.
Voice-to-Text Dictation (For Coaches)
There's also a separate feature for your own voice: the Voice to Text button (keyboard + microphone icon) in the composer toolbar. This records your voice and converts it to text in the composer — great for quickly dictating a reply instead of typing.
Available on Starter and Business packages.
