📌 Important Note: AI Check-Ins Cannot Be Sent to Coaches
A common question we get:
“Can the AI scrape all my clients’ weekly data and send it to me instead, so I can review it?”
The answer is no — AI Check-Ins can only be sent to clients, not to coaches, not to external emails, and not to yourself.
However, you can review the AI-generated summary before it sends to the client:
Go to AI → AI Check-Ins
Choose a template (or create your own)
Click Test
Select any Trainerize client
Click Preview & Edit
You can read the full AI summary
Then choose to Send or Cancel
This allows you to see exactly what the AI will generate — but the automated message delivery always goes to the assigned client, not to coaches.
This keeps data consistent, prevents accidental misuse, and ensures the system remains aligned with how Trainerize and FitMetrics structure client communication.
