Once you’ve created and tested your AI Check-In templates, it’s time to assign them to clients.
Here’s how you do it:
✅ Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the Check-In Schedules tab in your FitMetrics dashboard.
Find the client you want to assign a template to.
Click the ➕ icon under Actions next to their name.
A popup will appear—here you’ll:
Select the template you want to assign
Choose the frequency: Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, or specific days (e.g., only Mondays & Fridays)
Choose the send time: Set the exact hour
Use the calendar selection if you want it sent only once or on custom recurring dates (e.g., every January)
🔁 Bulk Assignment & Deletion
Want to assign templates to multiple clients at once?
Use the checkboxes to select all the clients you want.
Then click Actions → Assign Template
You’ll follow the same steps as individual assignment, just for a group.
You can also delete templates in bulk this way to save time.
