📍 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Client’s Charts

  1. In FitMetrics, go to Trainerize Clients.

  2. Click on the client you want to analyze.

  3. Select the Charts tab.

2. Why One Chart Instead of Many?

Instead of having separate charts for each metric, FitMetrics uses one powerful, customizable chart that can display multiple data points at the same time.
This makes it easier to compare trends and relationships between metrics.

3. Example Chart Combinations

  • Weight + Body Fat % + Lean Muscle Mass (all on the same chart)

  • Weight + Steps + Calories Eaten

  • Calories Burned + Recovery (WHOOP) + Sleep (WHOOP)

  • Any other combination you choose — you have full control.

4. WHOOP Data Integration

If the client is connected to WHOOP:

  • You can also view recovery, sleep, strain, HRV, and other WHOOP stats alongside Trainerize data.

  • This gives you a complete health and performance overview in one place.

5. Additional Chart Features

  • Business Logo Branding – Your business logo is shown on the chart, making it perfect for taking screenshots and sharing on social media to attract new clients.

  • Starting Weight & Current Weight – Instantly visible on the chart for quick progress checks.

  • Weight Loss Pace – See the rate at which your client is losing weight.

  • Compliance Status Markers – If you’ve marked a client’s status as Vacation, Sick, or another custom compliance status, those markers appear on the chart so you can remember what was happening during certain periods.

💡 Pro Tip

  • Use the compliance markers to explain performance dips or spikes during client check-ins.

  • The chart is a powerful marketing tool — screenshots with your logo can be shared on social media to showcase client results (with permission).
