📍 Step-by-Step Instructions
In FitMetrics, go to Trainerize Clients.
Find and click on the client whose data you want to review.
Go to the Trainerize tab in their profile.
At the top of the table, you’ll see Daily, Weekly, and Monthly view options.
Click Weekly or Monthly to instantly recalculate all the data in the table.

Switching views automatically updates every column in the Trainerize tab — including metrics like weight, macros, steps, workouts, and more.
No manual calculations needed — FitMetrics instantly aggregates the data for you.
This also works the exact same way in the WHOOP tab — you can instantly toggle daily, weekly, or monthly averages for recovery, sleep, strain, and other WHOOP metrics.
💡 Pro Tip
Use Weekly averages for short-term progress checks, and Monthly averages to spot long-term trends or plateaus.
