If you want to see the actual meals your clients are tracking—not just calories—you can view everything directly inside FitMetrics.

Here’s how to access it:

1. Go to Trainerize Clients

From the left menu, click Trainerize Clients.

2. Open the client’s profile

Select the client whose meals you want to review.

3. Go to the Trainerize tab → Daily View

Make sure you’re on the Daily View, not Weekly.

4. Find the “Calories Eaten” column

Next to the calories, you will see the 🍽️ plate & fork icon.

Click that icon.

5. View full meal details

A window will open showing:

  • All meals logged

  • Photos (if the client added any)

  • Calories and macros

  • Food items and portions

  • Timestamped entries

This only works when clients use the Trainerize Food Logger, which is what we recommend for full visibility.

What Happens If Clients Track with MyFitnessPal?

If a client uses MyFitnessPal, Trainerize doesn’t send the individual meal items through the API—so FitMetrics cannot show meal-level details.

However:

👉 We provide a button inside the popup that takes you directly to the client’s full MyFitnessPal diary, where you can see all entries.

Summary

  • Use the Trainerize tab → Daily View

  • Click the 🍽️ icon to open meal details

  • Trainerize Food Logger = Full meal info inside FitMetrics

  • MyFitnessPal = meals shown only inside MFP diary (link provided)
