The Calendar tab on the client dashboard gives you a unified view of everything happening with a client — workouts, nutrition, body stats, cardio, progress photos, WHOOP, Oura, calls, forms, habits, and more — all on one calendar.

Where to Find It

  1. Go to Trainerize Clients and open a client

  2. Click the Calendar tab in the left sidebar

Two View Modes

  • Weekly (default) — shows one week at a time with expandable day columns. Click any day to expand it for more detail.

  • Monthly — shows the full month in a compact grid

Toggle between views using the buttons in the toolbar. Your preference is remembered.
