After a client submits an AI Form, you can generate personalized AI feedback and send it to them via Trainerize message. Edit the draft, choose a template, schedule delivery, or bulk-generate for multiple submissions.
Generating Feedback for One Submission
Open the form's Submissions page
Find the submission in the table
Click Generate in the AI Feedback column
The AI reads the client's responses and generates a personalized message
The feedback editor opens automatically
The Feedback Editor
A two-column layout:
Left side: The AI-generated message (editable textarea) with action buttons
Right side: The full submission Q&A for context (read-only)

Choosing a Sender
In the feedback editor, select who the message appears to come from:
AI Message Sender — uses your configured AI sender from Trainerize settings
You — sends as your own Trainerize account
Your preference is remembered for future feedback on this business.
Using AI Templates
Click Regenerate to pick a different AI template:
Default Template — the standard feedback generation
Custom Templates — templates you've created with specific prompts and instructions
Each template shows a preview of its system prompt so you know what tone/style to expect.
Manage templates by clicking AI Templates in the submissions page header.
Scheduling Feedback
Instead of sending immediately, schedule for later:
Later Today — 3 hours from now
Tomorrow — 9:00 AM
Next Monday — 9:00 AM
Pick Date & Time — custom calendar picker
Scheduled feedback shows a blue "Scheduled" pill in the table. You can cancel or reschedule before it sends.
Bulk AI Feedback Generation
Generate feedback for multiple submissions at once:
Select submissions using the checkboxes (only submissions without existing feedback and with a linked client are selectable)
Click Generate AI Feedback in the bulk action bar
Choose a template (Default or Custom)
Feedback is generated one by one with a live progress counter
After generation, each submission has a draft ready for you to review, edit, and send.
Feedback Status Flow
Each submission's feedback goes through these stages:
Generate → Draft → (Edit) → Send Now or Schedule → Sent
Draft (gray pill) — generated but not yet sent. Click Edit to modify.
Scheduled (blue pill) — queued for future delivery. Click Edit to cancel or reschedule.
Sent (green pill) — delivered to the client via Trainerize. Click Eye to view.
Deleted (gray pill) — was sent but then removed from Trainerize. Click Regenerate to start over.
Deleting Sent Feedback
If you sent feedback by mistake, you can delete the message from Trainerize by clicking "Delete Message from Trainerize" in the feedback editor. The message is removed from the client's chat.
Auto-Save
If you close the feedback editor with unsaved edits, your changes are automatically saved as a draft.
