You can add up to 3 custom links to your client portal sidebar — great for linking to your website, support page, booking system, community, or any external resource.
Business package required.
Where to Find It
Go to Settings → Blood Portal and scroll to Custom Links on Sidemenu.
Adding a Link
Click Add Custom Link
Fill in:
Title — the text shown in the sidebar (e.g., "Support Portal", "Book a Call", "Community")
URL — the link destination (must start with http:// or https://)
Icon — choose from 15 options: External Link, Globe, Book, Video, Message, Phone, Shopping Cart, Heart, Calendar, Help, Star, Link, Headphones, Mail, Users
Links open in a new tab when clients click them.
Mobile Bottom Navigation
When you have at least 1 custom link, a toggle appears:
Show on Mobile Bottom Nav — displays your custom links in the mobile bottom navigation bar.
The mobile bottom nav supports a maximum of 5 items total (Home + up to 4 from Blood Results, Analysis, Action Plan, Courses). If all standard items are enabled, there may not be room for custom links. A banner shows you how many slots are available.

Each link must have a title and a valid URL
