The Blood Test Portal dashboard is the first thing clients see when they log in. You can fully customize the content, call-to-action, video, benefits list, and testing partner information.
Business package required.
Where to Find It
Go to Settings → Blood Portal
Dashboard Content
The main text clients see on their portal homepage:

Call-to-Action Button
The primary action button on the dashboard:
Button Text — what the button says (default: "Book Blood Test")
Button URL — where it links to (e.g., your Calendly booking page, lab testing service, or checkout page)
Video Content
Add an introductory video to the portal dashboard:
Toggle Enable Video ON
Paste your video embed code (must be an
<iframe>— works with YouTube, Vimeo, or any embed)
The video appears prominently on the client dashboard. Great for explaining the blood testing process, introducing yourself, or setting expectations.
Key Benefits
Show a checklist of up to 4 benefits with green checkmark icons:
Toggle Show Key Benefits ON
Fill in up to 4 benefit lines (empty lines are hidden)
Examples:
"Comprehensive analysis of 50+ biomarkers"
"Personalized AI-powered health insights"
"Track your progress over time"
"Expert recommendations from your coach"
Testing Partner
Display a recommended testing partner card on the dashboard:
Toggle Show Testing Partner ON (on by default)
Customize:
Section Title — default: "Recommended Testing Partner"
Description — describe the testing service
Button Text — default: "Schedule Test"
Button URL — link to the booking/ordering page
Preview
Click Show Preview at the bottom to see a live preview of how the dashboard will look with your current settings — before saving.
Saving
Click Save Settings when done. Use Reset to Defaults to restore all fields to their original values.
