The SEO & Browser Settings section lets you control how your portal appears in browser tabs and search engine results. This helps with branding and professionalism when clients share or bookmark your portal.

Business package required.

Where to Find It

Go to Settings → Blood Portal and find the SEO & Browser Settings section.

Custom Page Title

Controls what appears in the browser tab when clients visit your portal.

If left blank, it defaults to your business name.

Example: "MyFitness Health Portal" or "Elite Coaching - Blood Test Results"

Meta Description

Controls the text that appears in search engine results below your portal's title. Maximum 160 characters (a character counter is shown).

Example: "Access your personalized blood test results, biomarker analysis, and health recommendations from Elite Coaching."

Favicon

The small icon that appears in browser tabs next to the page title.

  • Supported formats: PNG, ICO, SVG

  • Max size: 1MB

Upload your business icon or logo mark. After uploading, you can preview, change, or remove it.

If no favicon is uploaded, the default FitMetrics icon is shown.

Why This Matters

  • Professional appearance — clients see your brand in their browser, not "FitMetrics"

  • Better bookmarks — when clients bookmark your portal, it shows your custom title and icon

  • Search visibility — if your portal is indexed, the meta description appears in Google results

  • White-label experience — combined with a custom domain, this makes the portal fully yours
