FitMetrics integrates with Fathom (fathom.video) as an alternative to Zoom for recording and analyzing client calls. Fathom recordings appear alongside Zoom calls in your AI Call Analyst.

Unlike Zoom (where FitMetrics generates the AI analysis), Fathom provides its own AI summaries and action items natively — so you get instant results with no processing delay.
How to Connect
Find Fathom and click Connect
Enter your Fathom API Key
Find this in your Fathom account: Settings → API
Click Connect
FitMetrics will:
Verify your API key
Save the connection
Register a webhook so new recordings sync automatically
Sync all your existing Fathom recordings
You'll see a success message with the number of meetings imported.
Connecting Multiple Fathom Accounts
If your team uses multiple Fathom accounts (e.g. one per coach), you can connect them all to FitMetrics.
Click Add Another Account
Enter the API key for the additional Fathom account
Optionally assign the account to a specific team member
Click Connect
Each connected account syncs independently. Recordings from all accounts appear together in the AI Call Analyst, and you can see which account each recording came from.
Where to View Fathom Recordings
All Fathom recordings appear in AI Call Analyst (same place as Zoom calls). You can:

Privacy Settings
As a business owner, you can control who sees Fathom recordings:
Share meetings with team members — toggle ON to let all coaches see recordings
Share meetings with admin — toggle ON for admin access
By default, each coach only sees recordings assigned to them.
Note: Only business owners and admins can modify Fathom integration settings.

New recordings not appearing?
Click Sync on the Fathom integration page to manually pull latest recordings
Check that your Fathom API key is still valid
Ensure the recording was completed (in-progress recordings don't sync)
