How to View Client Call History and Action Items

View all Zoom and Fathom call recordings assigned to a client, see AI-generated scores and action items, and manage call assignments.

The Calls tab on the client dashboard shows all Zoom and Fathom call recordings assigned to that client, with AI-generated coaching scores and action items.


Where to Find It

  1. Go to Trainerize Clients and open a client

  2. Click the Calls tab in the left sidebar

The tab has 2 sub-views: Calls and Action Items.


Calls List

Shows all call recordings assigned to this client, sorted by most recent first. Each call shows:

Column

What It Shows

Meeting Topic

Call title with a category indicator (Coaching, Sales, Team)

Date & Time

When the call happened

Duration

Call length (e.g., "45m" or "1h 30m")

Category

Coaching Call (blue), Sales Call (green), Team Call (purple)

AI Score

Overall coaching score out of 10. Hover to see sub-scores: Communication, Empathy, Goal Setting, Motivation

Status

Completed (green), Processing (yellow), Pending (gray), Error (red)

Actions

  • View Details — opens the full call page with transcript, AI analysis, and summary

  • Open Recording — opens the original recording in Fathom or Zoom (new tab)

  • Unassign — removes the call from this client (the call still exists in AI Call Analyst and can be reassigned)

Click anywhere on a call row to open the full detail page.

Stats Summary

Below the table, 4 summary cards show: Total Calls, Total Duration, Average AI Score, and Coaching Calls count.


Action Items

Click the Action Items sub-tab to see all AI-extracted tasks from the client's calls.

Each action item shows:

  • Task description — what needs to be done

  • Assignee — who is responsible

  • Due date

  • Priority — High (red), Medium (yellow), Low (green)

  • Source call — which call this came from

Click any action item to open the source call's detail page.


How Calls Get Assigned to Clients

Calls are assigned via the AI Call Analyst page. When you connect Zoom or Fathom and record a call, the AI can automatically detect which client was on the call, or you can manually assign it.
