How to Export Trainerize Message History from FitMetrics

Export any client’s full Trainerize chat history as a CSV file for wrap-up calls, AI summaries, or dispute evidence.

Exporting a client’s full message history is useful for:

  • Wrap-up calls (AI can summarize wins, lessons, quotes)

  • End-of-program reviews

  • Chargeback protection / coaching quality evidence

  • Pre-call preparation (AI can highlight life events, obstacles, injuries)

FitMetrics allows you to export any conversation in one click.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Trainerize Messages

From the left menu, click Trainerize Messages.
You will see all client conversations synced from Trainerize.


2. Select the client thread you want to export

Click on the conversation for the client you want.


3. Click “Export Messages”

Inside the conversation window, look at the top-right corner and click the download (export) icon.

A CSV file will be generated and downloaded instantly.


What the CSV File Looks Like

The exported file includes:

Date

Time

Sender

Message

Important Notes

  • Videos and photos cannot be exported due to Trainerize API limitations.

  • All text messages will be included.

  • File format is CSV, which works with:

    • Excel

    • Google Sheets

    • Numbers

    • Any AI tool for summarization or analysis
