The AI Assistant in FitMetrics can be trained to sound exactly like you and answer based on your coaching business’s knowledge. Training your assistant is quick, powerful, and flexible — giving you full control over the tone, responses, and logic.
Here’s how to do it:
🧠 Step 1: Go to the AI Assistant
On your left sidebar under AI Features, click AI Assistant.
Then go to the Train section and select Content.
📌 Step 2: Choose How You Want to Train It
You’ll see three different ways to add training data:
➕ Option 1: Add a Custom Answer (FAQ)
This allows you to manually input questions your clients often ask and write your ideal response.
Click Add a Custom Answer (FAQ)
Enter the question you want the AI to respond to
Provide the answer in your voice
Save it — and that’s it!
🟢 Tip: This is best for short, specific answers like “What happens if I miss a check-in?” or “What are macros?”
📂 Option 2: Import FAQs from CSV
If you already have a list of common questions and answers, you can bulk upload them.
Click Import FAQs from CSV
Download the sample template (CSV format)
Fill in your questions and answers
Upload the file to FitMetrics
⚠️ Limits:
Starter package: Up to 50 FAQ entries
Business package: No limit
This is a great way to speed up training if you’re switching from another system or have existing support docs.
🌐 Option 3: Sync Content from a Website
This is the most advanced method.
Click Sync content from a website
Paste in the URL of your page (e.g. your pricing page, transformation page, blog post, or FAQ page)
The AI will crawl the content and ingest all the visible text
The knowledge becomes instantly available to the assistant
🧠 Use this if you have a detailed landing page, help center, or blog with language you want the assistant to adopt.
✅ Final Notes
All content you upload becomes part of the AI Assistant's knowledge base.
It will only use this knowledge when it’s confident that the query matches — avoiding hallucinations.
You can always edit, disable, or update your training materials at any time.
