FitMetrics now includes a game-changing feature for Business Package users:
AI Self-Training — your AI Assistant can now learn on its own.

Here’s how it works:

🧠 What is AI Self-Training?

Every time one of your clients asks the AI a question that’s not part of your existing training content, the system does 3 things:

  1. Generates a response to the question using the current AI model

  2. Saves the question and answer into the Self-Training database

  3. Allows you (or your team) to review, approve, or edit the answer

Once you approve an answer, it becomes part of the AI’s permanent training and will be reused when similar questions are asked in the future — without you needing to lift a finger again.

🚀 How to Use It

  1. Go to AI Assistant → Self-Training

  2. You’ll see a list of questions the AI has responded to — but that weren’t in your training set

  3. For each entry, you can:

    • Approve (adds the Q&A to the knowledge base)

    • ✏️ Edit before approving

    • Reject (will not be added to memory)

This allows the AI to evolve over time, automatically adapting to your clients’ unique questions, language, and coaching style.

💡 Why It’s So Powerful

  • You only need to train the AI once — it keeps learning on its own

  • The system starts to understand your clients better

  • You gain full control over what’s added to the knowledge base

  • Over time, your AI Assistant becomes smarter, more relevant, and more accurate

⚠️ This feature is available only to Business Package clients.
If you're not on that plan yet — you're missing out on the smartest way to scale your coaching support.
