Tracking client progress isn't just about workouts and nutrition — it's also about how they feel. The Forms View lets you see form responses directly inside the Compliance Tracker, so you can review answers without leaving the page.
Enabling Forms View
In the tracker toolbar, you'll see an option to enable forms. Toggle it on to add a Forms metric row beneath each client.
Selecting Forms to Display
Once enabled, you can select one or more forms to display. For example, you might choose Daily Check-In, Mood & Energy, and Sleep Quality all at once. Only responses for the selected forms will appear in the grid.
Viewing Responses in the Weekly View
In the weekly view, a "View Answers" indicator appears in each week column for clients who submitted the selected form(s) that week. Click it to expand and review the full response — no need to leave the tracker.
Multiple Submissions in One Week
If a client submits the same form more than once in the same week, a submission picker appears at the top of the answers dialog. It shows how many submissions exist (e.g. "3 submissions") and lets you click through each one by date to review them individually.
Viewing Responses in the Daily View
Forms also appear in the daily view. When forms view is enabled, a Forms metric row is added for each client — just like the Nutrition, Workouts, and Habits rows. Click on any day to see that day's form responses.
"Show Selected Week Only" Toggle
When using the Form Tracking filters to focus on a specific week, you can enable the "Show Selected Week Only" toggle. This hides all other week columns in the grid and shows only the week you're filtering by — making it easier to focus on one week's data at a time.
This gives you powerful context while reviewing compliance, letting you coach smarter and respond to how clients actually feel, not just what they log.
Pro Tip: Use form data like energy, mood, or stress levels to explain dips in performance — and personalize your feedback even more.
