The Client Compliance Tracker isn’t just a nice visual — it’s your coaching control panel.

Here’s how to use it during weekly calls, check-ins, or reviews to boost accountability, motivation, and long-term success:

✅ 1. Start Every Coaching Call with the Client Compliance Tracker

Open the Client Compliance Tracker before the call and filter by Smart View or client name.
This instantly shows you:

  • Workout compliance

  • Nutrition adherence (calories/macros)

  • Weight tracking

  • Daily steps

  • Habit consistency

  • Form responses (e.g., mood, sleep, energy)

💡 Use this overview to identify what’s working and what needs fixing.

🧠 2. Use Status Tags for Context

Apply status tags such as:

  • 🏖️ Vacation

  • 🤒 Sick

  • ⚠️ Injury

  • 🔁 About to cancel

These tags appear directly in the Client Compliance Tracker charts and help track client history over time, giving both you and the AI Coach important context during feedback.

📝 3. Add Weekly Notes

Use the note section in the Client Compliance Tracker to document:

  • What was discussed in the coaching call

  • Adjustments made to the plan

  • Client struggles or breakthroughs

These notes sync with messages and are used by the AI Coach to personalize responses and recommendations.

📊 4. Use Advanced Metrics to Review Progress

Enable Advanced Metrics to quickly analyze:

  • Weekly average weight

  • Calories & macros consumed vs. target

  • Protein, carbs, fats

  • Steps and calories burned

It’s a fast way to spot trends or gaps across multiple clients or during a 1:1 session.

🔁 5. Compare Past Weeks to Show Progress

In the Client Compliance Tracker’s weekly or daily views, you can look back 4, 8, 12, or even 24 weeks.
Use this feature to:

  • Highlight long-term trends

  • Spot plateaus early

  • Reinforce how far the client has come

It’s also great for visual learners who need motivation from data.

🎯 6. Set Weekly Goals Based on Data

Use the Client Compliance Tracker as the base for setting precise weekly goals.
Examples:

  • “Log workouts at least 3x this week”

  • “Hit protein target 5 days this week”

  • “Track weight daily”

Add these goals into the notes for reference on the next call.

Using the Client Compliance Tracker this way allows you to coach more efficiently, spot issues before they become problems, and keep your clients engaged — all while delivering personalized support at scale.
