How to Send Reminders to Clients Who Didn’t Complete Their Check-In Form

Quickly find clients who missed last week’s check-in and send them a reminder link in one click.

Follow these steps to easily identify incomplete check-ins and remind all clients at once:


1. Check who completed or missed the form

  1. Select the date range you want to review — for example, last week (10th of November).

  2. Use the Form Tracking filter to see which clients completed or missed the form.

  3. After filtering, a "Send Reminder to Incomplete Clients" button will appear — this is the easiest way to manually send reminders directly from the Compliance Tracker.

Note: There is currently no automated way to send reminders for missed check-ins. The quickest method is to use the Compliance Tracker as described above, or follow the steps below using AI Forms.


2. Send reminders using AI Forms

You can also use the AI Forms tool to send reminders to incomplete clients:

  1. Go to AI → AI Forms → Configure.

  2. Click on your Check-In Form.

  3. Open the Send tab.

  4. Choose Incomplete Clients.

  5. Set the timeframe (e.g., Last Week) and do not select a Smart View unless you want to filter further.

  6. FitMetrics will show the exact list — matching what you saw in the Compliance Tracker.


3. Send your reminder

  • Edit the message if needed and send it directly to clients.

Once sent, clients receive the direct link to complete the check-in immediately.
