🔍 How to Filter for Unanswered Messages

To make things even easier:

  • Click the “Waiting for Reply” filter

We get it — not every message needs a response.
If someone just says “Thanks” or “Okay,” simply click Mark as No Reply Needed and the indicator disappears.
