Step 1: Add Team Members in FitMetrics
Go to Settings → Team Members.
Click “Add New Team Member”.
Seats & Pricing:
Essential or Starter Package: $30/month per extra seat.
Business Package: 10 seats included, $30/month per additional seat.
Step 2: Editing Member Settings
Locate the team member you want to configure.
Click the three dots (..) under Actions → Edit Member.
Step 3: Link Trainerize Accounts
Under Link Trainer, select the Trainerize account you want this member’s messages to be sent from.
Tip: Use your main Trainerize coach account (your own name) for consistency.
Step 4: Add a Test Client Account
You can link a Trainerize test client account for message testing.
Naming Tip: The test client’s first and last name should match your FitMetrics account name for easy recognition.
Note: FitMetrics does not charge you for this test client, as long as it’s linked to your account.
Step 5: Best Practices
Keep Trainer Links Updated: Always ensure each FitMetrics team member is linked to their corresponding Trainerize trainer account.
Use Test Accounts: Regularly test messaging features using the test client.
Seat Management: Upgrade your package or manage seats proactively to avoid interruptions.
