Once you've built a program in the Program Builder, you can assign it to clients directly — it syncs to their Trainerize account with every workout, exercise, and schedule intact. No manual re-entry needed.

Why Use Program Assignment

  • Build once, assign to many — one program serves unlimited clients

  • Eliminates copy-paste errors between clients

  • Clients see their program immediately in Trainerize

  • Saves hours compared to manually programming each client in Trainerize

  • Change the master program and reassign to update everyone

  • Professional delivery — clients get a structured, named program rather than random daily workouts

How to Assign a Program

  • Open a program in the Program Builder

  • Click the More Options menu (⋯) and select Assign Program

  • Search and select one or more clients

  • Choose a start date for when the program begins

  • Select subscription type (core or addon)

  • Click Assign — the program syncs to their Trainerize account

Viewing Assigned Programs on the Client Dashboard

  • Go to a client's profile in Trainerize Clients

  • Select the Workout Program tab

  • View all assigned programs, phases, and workouts for that client

  • See exercise breakdowns with sets, reps, and weight details

  • Track workout session history and performance data pulled from Trainerize

  • Monitor progression trends, volume tracking, and muscle group analysis

  • This gives you a complete picture of what the client is doing without leaving FitMetrics

Managing Subscribers

  • View existing subscribers on the Assign Program dialog

  • Reassign updated programs to keep clients on the latest version
