The AI Workout Builder in FitMetrics allows you to generate full workout programs in seconds using simple inputs. Here's exactly how to use it:

Step 1: Go to the AI Workout Builder

  • Navigate to the AI tab

  • Click on "AI Workout Builder"

  • Press the "Start AI Builder" button

Step 2: Select Your Client

Choose the client you want to create the workout program for. This ensures the program is sent directly to their Trainerize account after creation.

Step 3: Answer the AI’s Questions

To create the best workout program possible, you’ll need to answer the following questions:

  • How many days per week will they be training? (1-7 days)

  • How long should each session be? (20-120 minutes)

  • What's their experience level? (beginner, intermediate, or advanced)

  • Do they have any injuries or limitations?

  • What's their primary goal? (e.g., muscle building, fat loss, strength, endurance)

  • What equipment do they have access to? (full gym, home gym, bodyweight only, etc.)

  • Would you like to include supersets for added intensity? (optional)

Tip: Send all answers in one single message to speed up the process.

Step 4: (Optional) Upload Gym Photos

You can upload up to 5 photos of your client’s gym setup. The AI will analyze the images to better understand the available equipment.

Step 5: Review the Workout Program

After about 60 seconds, the AI will generate a full program:

  • Includes daily workouts with names and descriptions

  • Provides a full weekly breakdown

  • Adds a program-level overview description

Step 6: Send to Trainerize

Once you’re happy with the program, click "Send to Trainerize". The program will be pushed directly to the selected client’s Trainerize account.

Important Note on Scheduling:

The AI does not currently schedule the workouts inside Trainerize due to platform limitations. You must manually set the workout schedule in Trainerize after the program is pushed.

That’s it! You just saved yourself 30+ minutes of manual programming.
