You can change a client's assigned trainer directly from the Trainerize Clients table — it updates instantly in both FitMetrics and Trainerize.
How to Change the Trainer
Go to Trainerize Clients
Find the client you want to reassign
Click on the Trainer column for that client — a dropdown will appear
Select the new trainer from the dropdown
The change is applied immediately — no save button needed
The client is now assigned to the new trainer in both Trainerize and FitMetrics.
Good to Know
The dropdown shows all active trainers from your Trainerize account
If you don't see a trainer in the dropdown, they may need to be synced — go to Settings → Trainerize Integration and click Sync
Press Escape to cancel without making changes
If you're a coach (not admin/owner), you may not have permission to switch trainers
