Check-In Link Shows Previously Filled Form

Why your client's check-in link shows an old form and how to fix it

If your client clicks their check-in reminder link and sees a previously completed form instead of a blank one, they are most likely clicking on an older reminder message instead of the most recent one.


Why This Happens

Each week, FitMetrics sends a new check-in reminder with a unique link that includes the correct week date. If your client scrolls back and clicks a link from a previous week's reminder, they will see the form they already submitted for that week.


How to Fix It

Ask your client to always open the most recent check-in reminder message in Trainerize before clicking the link. Each new reminder contains an updated link for the current week.


Reassigning a Submission to the Correct Week

If your client accidentally submitted a check-in under the wrong week, you can reassign it:

1. Go to Trainerize Clients and open the client's profile.

2. Click the Forms tab.

3. Click View on the submission you want to fix.

4. Next to Reporting Week, click Change.

5. Select the correct week and click Reassign.

The submission will be moved to the correct week immediately.
