The Analytics page gives you visual breakdowns of how clients answered each question in your form — with charts, percentages, and the ability to drill down to individual clients.

How to Access It

  1. Go to AI Forms

  2. Open a form and click View Submissions

  3. Click the Analytics button in the top right

Overview Stats

Four summary cards at the top:

  • Total Responses — how many submissions in the selected date range

  • Completion Rate

  • Average Time

  • Questions — number of analyzable questions

Per-Question Analysis

Each question gets its own chart section:

Single & Multiple Choice Questions

A horizontal bar chart showing each answer option with:

  • Count of clients who chose that option

  • Percentage of total responses

Click any bar to drill down and see exactly which clients gave that answer.

Rating & Opinion Scale Questions

A bar chart sorted by rating value, with the average rating displayed. Click any bar to see the clients who gave that rating.

Text Questions (Short & Long Answer)

A word frequency list showing the top 10 most common words used across all responses (common stop words are excluded).

Response Rate

Each question shows its response rate: e.g., "45 / 50 responses (90%)"

Drill-Down

Clicking a bar on any chart opens a dialog listing all clients who gave that specific answer:

  • Client name and submission date

  • Message button — opens the Trainerize chat dock

  • Notes button — opens the client notes modal

This lets you quickly follow up with clients who gave a specific answer (e.g., all clients who rated their week 3/10).

Date Range Filter

Filter analytics by date range using the same presets as the submissions page: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or Custom Range.
