Sometimes you want to assign a specific Trainerize program based on a client’s answer in an AI Form.
Example:
AI Form question: “What is your goal?”
Options:
Weight Loss
Muscle Gain
General Fitness
If a client selects Weight Loss, you want them to automatically receive your Weight Loss Trainerize Program.
This can be done using AI Forms + Automations.
Step 1: Create Your AI Form
Go to AI Forms
Create or edit a form
Add a Single Choice question
Example:Question: What is your goal?
Options:
Weight Loss
Muscle Gain
General Fitness
Save and publish the form
Step 2: Create a New Automation
Go to Automations
Click Create Automation
Give the automation a name
Example: Assign Weight Loss Program
Step 3: Set the Trigger (AI Form Submission)
Trigger Type: AI Form Submission
Select the correct AI Form
Click Add Filter
Configure the Filter
Select the question from your AI Form
(e.g. What is your goal?)Condition: Equals
Value: Weight Loss
This means: The automation will ONLY run if the client selected Weight Loss.
Step 4: Add the Action (Assign Trainerize Program)
Click Add Action
Choose Assign Trainerize Program
Select the Trainerize program you want to assign
Choose the Start Date:
Today
Tomorrow
Next Monday
Any day you want
Once configured, save the action.
Step 5: Activate the Automation
Review your trigger and action
Click Activate Automation

Client submits the AI Form
They select Weight Loss
Automation detects the answer
The correct Trainerize program is automatically assigned

This works best for static programs (pre-built Trainerize programs)
You can create multiple automations for different answers
