Before You Start
Make sure that:
✅ The course is published
✅ All sections and lessons are published
Unpublished courses or lessons will not be accessible to clients.
How to Enroll Clients in a Course
Go to Courses from the site menu
Open the course you want to give access to
Click on Enrollments
Click Add Students
Select:
One client, or
Multiple clients at once
Confirm enrollment
That’s it.
What Happens Next
Enrolled clients get instant access to the course
They can view all published sections and lessons
The course appears inside their white-label portal
They can watch videos, mark lessons as completed, and use Ask AI
Important Notes
You can enroll or remove clients at any time
Enrolling a client does not automatically publish the course
Clients must already have access to the Blood Test Portal to view courses
