Giving Clients Access to Courses
For a Trainerize client to access your courses, they must first have access to the Blood Test Portal.
Prerequisites:
Business package
Custom domain set up
SMTP configured
Step 1: Add a Client to the Blood Test Portal
Go to Blood Test Clients
Click Add Client
Enter the client’s details
Choose a package:
Starter – Up to 5 blood results
Pro – Up to 15 blood results
(Optional) Enable Course Access
Save
Course Access Behavior
✅ If course access is enabled:
The client can watch all available courses they’re allowed to access.⚠️ If course access is NOT enabled:
The client will still see that courses exist
They cannot open or watch lessons
They’ll be prompted to upgrade or contact the admin
This gives you full control over who can consume your educational content.
How Courses Look to Clients
When clients log in to your white-labeled portal (desktop or mobile):
They navigate to Courses
Click on a course
View:
Course sections
Lessons inside each section
Open lessons to:
Watch videos
Read lesson content
Access resources
The entire experience is mobile-friendly and branded under your domain.
Client Learning Features
Inside lessons, clients can:
🎬 Watch videos in Theater Mode
✅ Mark lessons as Completed
📚 Navigate freely between sections and lessons
Ask AI: Trained on Your Course Content
Clients also get access to Ask AI, directly inside the course experience.
AI is trained on:
Your lesson content
Your uploaded videos (via native uploader)
Clients can ask:
Questions about a lesson
Clarifications on something you explained
Follow-ups based on your methodology
Important: AI answers are based only on your course material, ensuring consistency with your coaching and teaching style.
