📊 The 4 Categories That Make Up a Coach’s Score
Coach scores are based on 4 key performance categories. Each one is weighted based on what drives client success inside your business.
1. Client Success (up to 40 points)
This category measures actual outcomes with the clients.
Average Compliance (15 pts)
Based on the average compliance score of all active clients (0–100%).Weight Loss Success Rate (10 pts)
% of active clients who achieved weight loss.90+ Day Retention Rate (10 pts)
% of clients who stayed more than 90 days in your program.High Compliance Rate (5 pts)
% of clients with 75%+ compliance.
2. Activity Level (up to 25 points)
This measures how consistent and engaged the coach is on a day-to-day basis.
Messages Per Active Day (8 pts)
Sends at least 1+ message per active day.Client Coverage Rate (9 pts)
% of clients the coach messaged within the last 30 days. 50%+ = max points.Consistency Score (8 pts)
% of active days in the last 30 days. 50%+ = max points.
3. Responsiveness (up to 20 points)
This shows how dependable a coach is with check-ins and task follow-through.
Check-in Success Rate (10 pts)
% of check-ins successfully delivered to clients.Task Completion Rate (10 pts)
% of assigned tasks that were completed.
4. Client Engagement (up to 15 points)
How well is the coach keeping their clients motivated and inside the app?
30-Day App Login Rate (10 pts)
% of clients who logged into the app in the last 30 days (95%+ = full score).7-Day App Login Rate (5 pts)
% of clients who logged into the app in the last 7 days (80%+ = full score).
🏆 Performance Tiers
Based on the final score (0–100), coaches are grouped into performance tiers:
Excellent: 80–100 pts (🟢 Green)
Good: 60–79 pts (🔵 Blue)
Needs Improvement: 40–59 pts (🟡 Yellow)
Concerning: 0–39 pts (🔴 Red)
🔍 Important Notes on How Scores Are Calculated
✅ Only active clients are counted for most metrics.
✅ No check-ins or tasks? You get full points by default (you’re not penalized).
✅ Caps per category — you can’t exceed the maximum even if your stats are amazing.
✅ Data is real-time — pulled from messages, check-ins, client logins, and compliance.
