Feature Access: Business Package Only

The Team Performance feature allows you to monitor how well your coaches are managing their clients — based on results, responsiveness, and daily activity.

We built this feature to replace spreadsheets and guesswork with actual data. So instead of asking "Which coach is doing better?", now you'll know — using a scoring system out of 100 points.

Where to Find It

From your dashboard sidebar, click Team Performance. This opens the full analytics page with all three tabs.

How It Works

The Team Performance system is split into three tabs:

  • Performance Scores — Your main dashboard with coach rankings and client-level detail

  • Messaging Analytics — Deep dive into messaging habits and response times

  • Activity Log — Real-time feed of all coach actions

Let's walk through each one.

1. Performance Scores

This is your main dashboard. It gives you a ranked view of each coach, scored out of 100 points.

Overview Cards

At the top of the page, you'll see 4 summary cards that give you a quick snapshot of your team:

Card

What It Shows

Active Coaches

Total number of coaches with at least 1 active client

Avg Team Score

The average performance score across all coaches (out of 100)

Top Performer

The name of the coach with the highest overall score

Clients Managed

Total number of active clients being managed across the team

Filters

Below the overview cards, you have three filter controls to customize your view:

  • Time Period — Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, or All Time

  • Sort By — Overall Score, Client Success, Activity Level, Responsiveness, or Client Engagement

  • Order — Toggle between High to Low or Low to High

Scoring Breakdown

Each coach is scored out of 100 points across 4 categories:

Category

Points

What It Measures

Client Success

40

Compliance, weight loss success, retention

Activity

25

Message volume, coverage, consistency

Responsiveness

20

Check-in and task completion rates

Engagement

15

App login behavior of clients

Coach Rankings and Tier Badges

Each coach card shows their rank, profile photo, name, role, number of clients, active days, and their total score out of 100. Coaches also receive a performance tier badge based on their score:

Tier

Score Range

Color

Excellent

80 – 100

Green

Good

60 – 79

Blue

Needs Improvement

40 – 59

Yellow

Concerning

0 – 39

Red

The top 3 ranked coaches also get special visual styling — gold for 1st, silver for 2nd, and bronze for 3rd.

Below the total score, each coach card displays a quick stats row showing average client compliance, weight loss success rate, 90+ day retention rate, messages per active day, and 7-day and 30-day app engagement rates.

Expanded Coach View

Click on any coach card to expand it and see their full client portfolio. The expanded view includes:

  • Top Performers — The 3 best-performing clients for that coach, ranked by compliance score

  • Complete Client Portfolio — Every client assigned to that coach, sorted by performance. You'll see a summary showing how many are high performers and how many are actively losing weight.

Individual Client Metrics

Each client in the expanded view shows detailed performance data across 5 metric cards:

Metric

What It Shows

Weight

Current weight status (green/yellow/red), weigh-in frequency per week, and weight change over the period

Workouts

Workout status and completion rate percentage

Nutrition

Nutrition tracking status and compliance rate percentage

Habits

Habit tracking status and completion rate percentage

Steps

Average daily step count, or "no data" if steps are not tracked

Each metric card uses a traffic-light system (green, yellow, red) so you can instantly spot who is on track and who needs attention. Clients also receive badges like Top Performer or Needs Attention based on their ranking within the coach's roster.

If a client has a goal weight set, you'll also see a Goal Progress bar showing how far they've come from their starting weight to their target. Additionally, streak badges and achievement badges are displayed when earned.

Note on units: Weight values are displayed in either kg or lbs based on your business unit system preference.

2. Messaging Analytics

This tab helps you analyze coach performance specifically around messages. You can track response time, client coverage, total messages, and consistency.

For a full breakdown, see the dedicated article: Messaging Analytics.

3. Activity Log

This tab provides a chronological view of all coach activity across the platform. You can see:

  • Messages sent — when and to whom

  • Check-ins completed

  • Tasks updated

  • Client interactions

Use this to get a real-time feed of what your team is doing throughout the day, so you can spot gaps or recognize active coaches.

What's the Goal of This Feature?

The goal is simple: Accountability and Optimization.

  • You'll know who your top-performing coaches are

  • You'll identify who needs help or support

  • You'll optimize client results by improving coaching behavior

If you're running a team and want to scale, this is one of the most powerful tools you'll ever use.
