If you're on the Business Package, you get full control over which AI engine powers your assistant — so you can decide how “smart” and nuanced the replies should be.

By default, we use Gemini 2.5 Flash (Lightweight Model) — a very fast and accurate model, optimized for most coaching workflows.

But if you want more advanced reasoning, deeper nuance, and ultra-smart responses, you can upgrade the assistant to use:

🎯 Claude Sonnet 4 (Ultra-Smart Model)
Claude Sonnet is slower, but provides a deeper understanding of complex prompts, tone, and emotional context.

⚙️ How to Change the AI Model

  1. Go to AI Assistant → Settings → General Settings

  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom

  3. Find the AI Model section

  4. Use the dropdown to select either:

    • Gemini 2.5 Flash (default)

    • Claude Sonnet 4 (Business Package only)

  5. Click Save

Once selected, the AI Assistant will immediately start responding using the new engine.

🔍 When to Use Claude Sonnet 4

Use this option if:

  • You want more emotionally intelligent responses

  • You’re using the AI for complex problem-solving

  • You want the assistant to sound more thoughtful, patient, or human

Note: Claude Sonnet 4 is only available with the Business Package.
