Disable the birthday messages in Trainerize:
Go to Trainerize → Add-ons → Birthday Automation → Turn it off.
Enable AI Birthday Wishes in FitMetrics:
Go to AI Check-Ins → Birthday Tab
Toggle Enable AI Birthday Wishes
(Optional) Customize the Prompt
Use the default prompt or create your own to add your voice, humor, or theme.
Pick the Time
Choose when the message goes out on the client’s birthday (morning, noon, etc.)
