Not every AI Check-In needs to be scheduled regularly. Sometimes you just want to send a personalized one-time message to a group of clients—or even just one. That's exactly what the Broadcast feature is for.

What's a Broadcast?

Broadcasts allow you to send any AI Check-In template instantly without assigning it to a schedule. You can choose the recipients, preview the content, and hit send.

Perfect for:

  • Time-sensitive announcements

  • Macro strategy before a holiday or trip

  • Motivation on low-compliance weeks

  • New challenge invites

  • Educational tips or course reminders

  • Custom calls to action

How to Broadcast a Template

  1. Create your template (or use an existing one)

  2. Click the "Broadcast" button on the template

  3. Select your recipients:

    • Pick one or more clients manually

    • Or filter by Smart Views — these are your saved table views from the Clients page, so you can quickly target groups like "low compliance this week" or "prep phase clients"

  4. Choose where to send the message (e.g., Trainerize Chat)

  5. Click Send

The message will go out instantly, and it will look exactly like a scheduled check-in — personalized using all the placeholders in your template.

Real Use Case Examples

  • "Weekend Warning" template: On Fridays, warn clients about upcoming events like weddings, restaurants, or travel.

  • "Call Booking Reminder" template: Sunday push to encourage clients to book their 1:1s.

  • "Challenge Invites": Use Smart Views to only message clients who haven't joined yet.

  • "Low Compliance Motivation": AI detects they've been off-track — send a one-time message with tips to get back on.
