Go to the Leaderboard section in FitMetrics.
Click the Settings icon (top right).
Navigate to the Scoring tab.
Decide how many points to give for each tracked category:
Workouts Completed
Nutrition Compliance
Steps
Habits
Weight Loss
Each of these categories contributes to the total score a client earns. You get to decide which metrics matter most to your coaching style or challenge — for example:
If you're running a fat loss challenge, give weight loss the biggest point allocation.
If your focus is habit building, let habits carry the most weight.
If you're coaching general lifestyle clients, balance everything evenly.
Once your scoring rules are set, the system runs 100% automatically. Points are calculated in real-time based on client activity synced from Trainerize.

Use short-term filters (last 7 or 30 days) for weekly/monthly challenges.
Use the "overall" filter to reward long-term progress.
You can even create single-metric competitions — e.g., “Steps Only Challenge” — by setting all other categories to 0.
