How to View and Compare Past Weeks

Easily compare client progress over time using weekly or daily views.

The Compliance Tracker gives you two ways to look back and spot trends over time — and both are dead simple.


📅 Weekly View: Zoom Out for Trends

Select the Weekly view to get a macro overview of client consistency.

You can compare performance across:

  • Last 4 weeks

  • Last 8 weeks

  • Last 12 weeks

  • Last 16 weeks

  • Last 24 weeks

This is the best way to see who's staying on track over time, and who’s gradually slipping.


📆 Daily View: Zoom In on Specific Days

Switch to Daily view if you want to go deeper and see exact client behavior, day by day.

You can filter by:

  • This week

  • Last 2 weeks

  • Last 3 weeks

  • Last 4 weeks

This gives you a micro-level view of each client’s data — from meals and workouts to daily weight and steps.


Summary:
Want the big picture? Use Weekly View.
Need the details? Use Daily View.
Either way, you’ll instantly see what’s working — and what’s not.
