The Compliance Tracker gives you two ways to look back and spot trends over time — and both are dead simple.
Weekly View: Zoom Out for Trends
Select the Weekly view to get a macro overview of client consistency. Each column represents a full week, so you can quickly scan how clients have been performing over time.
Use the Show Past dropdown to choose how many weeks to display:
Last 2 weeks
Last 4 weeks
Last 8 weeks (default)
Last 12 weeks
Last 16 weeks
Last 24 weeks
Custom... — type any number of weeks (1–24) for a specific range
This is the best way to see who's staying on track over time, and who's gradually slipping.
Daily View: Zoom In on Specific Days
Switch to Daily view if you want to go deeper and see exact client behavior, day by day.
In the daily view, each metric gets its own row (e.g. Weight, Nutrition, Workouts, Steps, Habits), with individual days shown as columns. This makes it easy to spot exactly which days a client missed or hit their targets.

Last 4 weeks
This gives you a micro-level view of each client's data — from meals and workouts to daily weight and steps.
Sticky Headers for Easy Scrolling
When you have many clients, the column headers stay pinned to the top of the table as you scroll down. The client name column also stays pinned on the left as you scroll across weeks or days. This means you always know which client and which date you're looking at, no matter how far you scroll.

Need a custom range? Use the Custom... option in the weekly dropdown.
Either way, you'll instantly see what's working — and what's not.
