The Client Compliance Tracker in FitMetrics isn’t just a fixed system — it’s 100% customizable to match your coaching style and expectations.

Here’s how it works:

🎯 Flexible Rules for Your Coaching Style

As a business owner, you control what counts as “on track” vs. “off track.”
To set this up:

  1. Go to Compliance Tracker

  2. Click “Rules Settings” in the top right corner

  3. Choose how you want to calculate compliance:

🧠 Two Setup Options:

1. Quick Setup Templates (1-click)

We offer beginner-friendly presets to get you started fast:

  • Beginner Friendly – More lenient for new clients

  • Balanced – Good for general use

  • High Performance – Best for advanced or elite programs

These will automatically assign the green/yellow/red zones for each metric.

2. Manual Setup (Fully Custom)

Want full control? You got it.

For every tracked metric (weight, nutrition, workouts, steps, habits), you can define:

  • ✅ What earns a Green

  • ⚠️ What triggers a Yellow

  • ❌ What causes a Red

📊 Example: Custom Rule for Weight Tracking

In the screenshot example:

  • Green = Weighed in 5+ days

  • Yellow = Weighed in 2–4 days

  • Red = Weighed in 1 or 0 days

You can use this same logic across all other metrics — tailor it to your expectations and coaching philosophy.

🔁 Instant Sync to Compliance Tracker

Once you set your rules, go back to the Compliance Tracker and the traffic lights will update instantly.
Now you’ll clearly see who’s doing great, who needs attention, and who’s falling behind — based on your own standards.

This is how you turn the compliance tracker into a powerful coaching tool tailored to your program, not the other way around.
