The Leaderboard awards achievement badges and tracks consistency streaks to give clients extra goals beyond their overall ranking. Here's how they work.

Achievement Badges

Clients automatically earn achievement badges when they hit specific performance thresholds. Achievements appear as colored badges next to their name on the leaderboard.

There are 9 achievement types:

Customizing Achievement Thresholds

You can customize the thresholds for most achievements to match your coaching style:

  1. Go to the Leaderboard page

  2. Click Settings

  3. Open the Achievements tab

  4. Adjust any threshold value — for example, lower Transformation Champion to 10 lbs instead of 20, or Step Master to 12,000 instead of 15,000

  5. Click Save

You can also disable achievements entirely using the toggle at the top of the Achievements tab. When disabled, no badges will appear on the leaderboard.

Consistency Streaks

Consistency streaks track how many consecutive weeks a client has maintained 80% or higher overall compliance. This rewards clients who stay consistent over time, not just those who have one great week.

Streaks appear as a badge next to the client's name on the leaderboard (e.g., "4-week streak"). You can show or hide streaks in Settings → Display tab.

Display Settings

Control how achievements and streaks appear on the leaderboard in Settings → Display tab:

  • Show Achievements — display achievement badges on the leaderboard

  • Show Streaks — display consistency streak badges

  • Show Profile Pictures — display client photos

  • Show Coach Attribution — display coach names next to their assigned clients

For the public leaderboard, achievement badge visibility is controlled separately in Settings → Public tab under Metric Visibility.
