As your automation library grows, folders help you keep everything organized. You can group automations by client type, workflow stage, or any system that makes sense for your business.
Creating a Folder
Go to Automations
In the left sidebar, click the + button next to the "Folders" label
Enter a name for your folder (e.g., "Onboarding", "Re-Engagement", "VIP Flows")
Click Create
Your new folder appears in the left sidebar.
Moving Automations into Folders
Option 1: Three-Dot Menu
Find the automation you want to move
Click the three dots (⋮) on the automation card
Hover over Move to Folder
Select the destination folder from the submenu
Option 2: Drag and Drop
You can drag an automation card directly onto a folder in the sidebar. A blue highlight will appear around the folder when you hover over it — drop to move.
Moving Back to Unorganized
To remove an automation from a folder without deleting it, use the three-dot menu → Move to Folder → select Unorganized.
Renaming a Folder
Hover over the folder in the sidebar
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) that appears
Select Edit Folder
Update the name and click Update
Deleting a Folder
Hover over the folder in the sidebar
Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
Select Delete Folder
A confirmation dialog will appear with two options:
Delete folder only — the automations inside are moved to "Unorganized". Nothing is lost.
Delete folder and all automations — permanently removes the folder and every automation in it. You will need to type the folder name to confirm. This cannot be undone.
Filtering by Folder
Click any folder in the sidebar to filter the automations list to only show automations inside that folder. Click All Automations at the top to go back to the full list.
Tips for Organizing
By client type: "VIP Clients", "Low-Ticket", "Group Coaching"
By workflow stage: "Onboarding", "Active Clients", "Offboarding"
By trigger type: "Form-Based", "Tag-Based", "Smart View"
By team member: "Coach Sarah", "Coach Mike" (if running multi-trainer flows)
There is no limit to the number of folders you can create.
