If you need to move all your clients to a new stage (e.g., Onboarded) without dragging them individually, FitMetrics includes a Bulk Stage Update feature. This lets you instantly move all clients or only clients inside a Smart View with just a few clicks.
This is especially useful when you first set up your account, migrate clients, or reorganize your workflow.
How to Bulk Update Client Stages
Step 1 — Go to Trainerize Clients
Or navigate:
Management → Trainerize Clients

Step 2 — Open the Stage Column Settings
Find the Stage column, then click the settings icon next to it.
This will open the list of all available stages you’ve created at:
https://app.fitmetrics.ai/business/stages

Step 3 — Select the Target Stage
A popup modal will appear.
Choose the stage you want to move clients to (example: Onboarded).
FitMetrics will show the number of clients that will be affected.

Step 4 — Review Affected Clients & Confirm
You’ll see a list of all clients that will be updated.
If everything looks correct, click:
Update X Clients

All selected clients will now instantly move to the new stage.
Pro Tip: Update Only Selected Clients Using Smart Views
If you want to update only specific groups of clients:
Go to a Smart View (e.g., Active Clients, 1:1 Clients, Group Clients, or your custom smart views).
Open the Stage column settings.
Select the stage you want.
Click Update.
This will update only the clients inside that Smart View, not your entire list.
