Clients Using Feature — The number of clients who have scanned at least one meal
Client Usage Table
Below the summary, a table lists every active client with the following columns:
Column | What It Shows |
Client | Client name, email, and profile photo. Trial clients are marked with a "Trial" badge. |
Tracking | Whether the client tracks nutrition via Trainerize or MyFitnessPal. |
Action | A Switch to Trainerize button appears for clients still on MyFitnessPal. |
Meals Analyzed | Total number of meals the client has scanned. Click to sort. |
Last Used | When the client last used AI Meal Analysis. Click to sort. |
Switch Clients from MyFitnessPal to Trainerize
AI Meal Analysis requires clients to use Trainerize's built-in meal tracker — not MyFitnessPal.
If a client is currently using MyFitnessPal, you will see a "Switch to Trainerize" button in the Action column. Clicking it will:
Set the client's nutrition tracking preference to Trainerize
Set their tracking workflow to Full Meal Tracking
This is done automatically — no manual steps needed from the coach.
Note: The client will still need to disconnect MyFitnessPal from their Trainerize app settings for meals to sync properly. See Why does AI Meal Analysis say "I analyzed your meal but couldn't add it" for the full steps the client needs to follow.
Search and Sort
Use the search bar to find clients by name or email
Click the Meals Analyzed or Last Used column headers to sort ascending or descending
