By default, coaches on your team cannot see the Payments Tracker or client payment data. Business owners can enable this access from the Team Members settings.
How to Enable Coach Access
Go to Settings → Team Members
Find the "Allow coaches to see payments" toggle
Turn it on
This takes effect immediately — no need to refresh or log out.
What This Controls
When enabled, coaches can:
See the Payments Tracker in the sidebar and access the full page
See the Payments tab on individual client dashboards
View subscription status, charge history, and total spend for clients
When disabled (default):
The Payments Tracker is hidden from the sidebar
If a coach navigates to the Payments Tracker URL directly, they are redirected to the Trainerize Clients page
The Payments tab is hidden on individual client dashboards
Who Always Has Access
Business owners and admin-level team members always have full access to the Payments Tracker regardless of this setting. The toggle only affects users with the coach role.

My coach says they can't see payments — what do I do?
Go to Settings → Team Members and make sure the "Allow coaches to see payments" toggle is turned on.
Can I give access to some coaches but not others?
No — this is a business-wide setting. It applies to all coaches on your team. If a coach needs payment visibility, all coaches will have it.
Can coaches edit or delete payments?
Coaches with access can view payment data and record manual payments from the client's Payments tab, just like business owners. Stripe and Whop payments are always read-only for everyone.
