Why Do I Need to Verify My Trainerize Account?

You may see a step on the Get Started page asking you to verify your Trainerize account.

This is also required when you connect a team member inside FitMetrics with Trainerize.

Here’s why this step is important.


What Does “Verify Trainerize Account” Mean?

As a user, you will be asked to enter:

  • Your Trainerize email

  • Your Trainerize password

We use this to verify your Trainerize account securely.

This is not optional if you want full functionality between FitMetrics and Trainerize.


Why Is This Required?

Verifying your Trainerize account allows us to:

  • ✅ Enable attachments inside Trainerize chat

  • ✅ Enable voice messages

  • ✅ Improve real-time syncing
