Once you’ve connected Zoom and enabled the correct settings, the AI Call Analyst will automatically analyze all your cloud-recorded Zoom calls and give you a full breakdown.
⚠️ Important: Only cloud-recorded calls work. The call must be at least 3 minutes long to be processed by Zoom and then by FitMetrics.

✅ Step 1: Record Your Zoom Call in the Cloud
The moment you start a call, make sure cloud recording is enabled.
Once the call ends, Zoom will take a few minutes to process it.
✅ Step 2: FitMetrics Grabs the Recording
As soon as Zoom is done, the recording and transcript will automatically appear inside FitMetrics.
📍 Where to View Your Calls
Go to the side menu in FitMetrics
Click on AI Call Analyst
All your Zoom cloud recordings will appear there, organized by date
🔍 What You’ll See Inside Each Call
When you click on a call, you’ll get:
