Once youโve connected Zoom and enabled the correct settings, the AI Call Analyst will automatically analyze all your cloud-recorded Zoom calls and give you a full breakdown.
โ ๏ธ Important: Only cloud-recorded calls work. The call must be at least 3 minutes long to be processed by Zoom and then by FitMetrics.

โ Step 1: Record Your Zoom Call in the Cloud
The moment you start a call, make sure cloud recording is enabled.
Once the call ends, Zoom will take a few minutes to process it.
โ Step 2: FitMetrics Grabs the Recording
As soon as Zoom is done, the recording and transcript will automatically appear inside FitMetrics.
๐ Where to View Your Calls
Go to the side menu in FitMetrics
Click on AI Call Analyst
All your Zoom cloud recordings will appear there, organized by date

When you click on a call, youโll get:
