How to View, Edit, and Track Tasks

Easily manage your tasks from the sidebar. View, edit, delete, and track client tasks using filters, status updates, and duration.

Everything you need to manage your client tasks is in one place — clean, simple, and fast.


👀 View Your Tasks

To view all tasks:

  1. Go to the left-side menu

  2. Click “Tasks”

You’ll instantly see a full list of tasks with key details:

  • Task name

  • Assigned coach

  • Linked client

  • Priority level

  • Status (To Do, In Progress, Completed)

  • Duration (how long it’s been open)


✏️ Edit or Delete a Task

Need to make changes? Super easy.

  1. Find the task you want to edit

  2. On the right side, under “Actions”, click the three dots

  3. Select Edit Task to update title, description, status, due date, or priority

  4. Or select Delete Task if you created it by accident


📊 Track Progress Easily

Use the status filters at the top to stay organized:

  • To Do – tasks that haven’t been started

  • 🔄 In Progress – tasks you're currently working on

  • 🏁 Completed – tasks that are done

  • 🧠 Active – a quick view of all non-completed tasks

This makes it easy to stay on top of your workload, prioritize better, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.


💡 Pro Tip:

Keep an eye on the Duration column — it helps you track how long each task has been active so you can improve turnaround time across your team.
