What Is the AI Task Manager and How It Works

The AI Task Manager allows you to convert your client conversations into actionable tasks — instantly. No more switching tabs. No more forgetting what a client asked.

🛠 How it works

  1. Your client sends a message — for example:
    “Hey coach, can you make me a home workout for the weekend? I’m traveling.”

  2. You right-click the message, and choose “Create AI Task”.

  3. The AI will automatically:

    • Generate the task title and description.

    • Assign it to the coach of that client.

    • Link it to the specific client.

    • Let you choose due date, priority, and more.

  4. It instantly shows up under Tasks in the left sidebar, where your team can manage it like a to-do list:

    • Filter by teammate

    • Sort by priority (Low / Medium / High)

    • View what’s overdue, in progress, or completed

This is perfect for managing follow-ups, special requests, and anything that would normally get lost in chat or buried in your notes.
