You can fine-tune how the AI generates macros based on your coaching philosophy. Here’s how to make it reflect exactly how you do nutrition coaching 🧠


⚙️ Where to Set This Up

  1. Go to SettingsAI Configuration

  2. Scroll to the Nutrition Targets section


🧑‍🏫 What You Can Customize

Coaching Philosophy

Explain how you approach nutrition for your clients.

Example:

“For fat loss, I usually start clients at 11x their body weight in calories. For maintenance, 14x. I prioritize high protein, moderate carbs, and flexible fats.”

Macronutrient Distribution

Guide the AI on what macro splits you prefer.

Example:

“I aim for 1g protein per lb of lean body mass, 30–35% fats, and the rest carbs.”

Preferences by Goal

Adjust your strategy depending on if the client is in:

  • Weight loss

  • Maintenance

  • Muscle gain

    You can include logic like:

“For muscle gain, I like to start with a 10% surplus and keep protein high.”

Every time you use the AI Nutrition Suggestions button inside the client’s Goals tab, it will follow your coaching rules, not generic ones.
